1. Order online at GIFTSJOY.COM

No minimum order amount is required in our online store. You can order as much or as little as you like.

Major credit cards are accepted including America Express, MasterCard, VISA and Discover card. We also accept payments through PayPal. Ordering on our website is 100% secure and easy. Your credit card and order information is protected with 128 Bit SSL Encryption and your privacy is protected (refer to our privacy policy at the bottom of every web page). 

1) Set up an account  

All accounts opened online are wholesale accounts. To checkout an order on our website, you need to open an account first. Click here to open an account.

2) Tax-free account for California businesses

California businesses, if you have a valid Federal Tax ID or seller's permit, please email us at info@giftsjoy.com. When we receive your request, we'll set your account to 'tax free' so that sales tax will not be charged to your orders.

2. Order by mail or telephone

1) Order by mail

For mail orders, we accept money orders, cashier's checks and company/personal checks. Make check payable to 'L. A. GIFTS JOY, INC.'. For returned checks, we will collect a $25 bad check fee (in addition to the order total). 

We don't have a feature in this new designed website that allows you to check out your order using 'Pay by mail' option. You need to print out your shopping cart contents and send us a copy of your order. You can figure out the shipping charge by yourself or email us about it. If you have any questions, please let us know.

2). Order by telephone

Please have your  list of items and credit card ready and call us at (951)-479-5074. A customer representative will take your order over the phone.

3. Shipping charges

For U.S. and Canada orders, we offer a flat rate shipping fee regardless how big your order is. For U.S. orders, the shipping charge is $4.99. For Canada orders, the shipping charge is $5.50. All orders are normally processed within 1 - 2 business days. Customers will be notified for any unusual delay via email.

1) United States orders : Most U.S. orders are shipped by Priority Mail of US Postal Service. Light weight orders are shipped by regular mail.                                                 
                         
2) Canadian orders: Canadian orders are shipped via US Postal Service.

3) International orders: Most of international orders are shipped via Air Mail or Priority Mail International of US Postal Service. It takes about 7-10 days for a package to reach most foreign countries. But it is not unusual that it takes 3-4 weeks.

We ship to most foreign countries including but not limited to the following: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Denmark, Belgium, Spain, Netherlands, Italy, Austria, Brazil, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Finland, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, etc.

5. Wholesale accounts

To set up a wholesale account, you need to create an account on our website first. Then email us with your registered name and your business license or tax ID. If you have a business in California, please email us your seller's permit or business license so that we will set your account to tax-free. Your application will normally be processed within 1-2 business days.

6. Return and exchange

GIFTSJOY.COM includes a 100% Satisfaction and unconditional 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Your package of return or exchange should be postmarked within 30 days of purchase (37 days for  foreign orders. No returns or exchanges after 30 day (37 days for foreign orders) will be accepted.

No pre-authorized number is required for return or exchange. Click here to print out the return/exchange form. If you don't have a working printer, you can simply write your name and invoice number on a piece of paper and send it with the returned items.

Important note: All returned products must be in their original condition. We will issue a credit to your credit card account after we receive the products. We do not credit postage for returns. There is a shipping charge for exchange items to cover the actual shipping cost. Shipping charges for your order are not refundable and will be deducted from a full refund.

Product descriptions are written as accurately as possible. Many gemstones are traditionally treated to enhance appearance. All jewelry metal and stones are genuine unless otherwise noted. Due to individuality of products, weights and measurements may vary from the descriptions given. Product descriptions are subject to change without notice.

Availability: Although we make every effort to update our web site, there may be times that an item is temporarily unavailable. In this case, you will be notified by email about the situation. Certain items are one-of-a-kind and are not available for multiple orders. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
