Helpful tips
1. Your shopping cart content
Your shopping cart content will no longer be displayed on the right side of
the web pages. This will speed up the loading of web pages and save your
valuable time.
Near the top right
corner of each page, the number of items in your cart and the subtotal are
displayed. To view
your shopping cart content, you can click either of the two shopping cart
links, one at the top right corner and one on the top horizontal menu.
Note:
To avoid your shopping being lost, always log in your account.
2.
Message: "The quantity you requested is not currently in stock"
The above pop-up message displays when you try to add a product to your shopping cart and the
stock quantity is fewer than what you wanted. Do not try
to enter different quantity numbers to waste your time. You can click the product picture or the
product ID to go to product details page to find out the "Quantity
in stock:"
number.
3. Billing address for international customers
You need to fill in the state/province box. Although our system makes it an optional field (unfortunately, we
cannot change it), you need to enter a name there.
If you don't have a province or state name, put your city name in the box.
Otherwise, your order may be declined.
4. Items in your shopping cart
that have not been
checked out
Although the website says "Items remain in your Shopping Cart for 30 Days", your shopping cart content may be changed automatically during the 30 days. The reason is that the same items in your shopping cart will also be available to other customers. If you leave your shopping cart unattended for some time (from a few minutes to 30 days), some items in the cart will be gone and checked out by other people.
5. When you forgot your password
If you forgot the password to your account, you can always use your
registered email address to retrieve it from our system. On the right column
of our website there is a link "Forgot
Password?" you can use. You may also click
here to retrieve your password. If
you forgot the email address you used to register, click
here
to email us your full name to get your password. Your email will be replied
as soon as we receive it, usually within a few business hours or one
business day.
6. Use
the search box to find items of your interest
It is always a good idea to use the search
box to find the products of your interest. There are two search boxes - one
is located at the top of left menu and the other at the top right corner of
our website pages. Enter the keywords such as "glass beads", "oval pendant",
"yellow jade pendant", etc.
7. It is a
good idea to create an account
Here are some benefits:
a)
An account is free and safe.
Your personal information
including address, email address and phone number will not be disclosed to
anyone.
b) Quick
checkout. When you have an account, you don't need to input your
billing and shipping addresses every time you checkout your order. When you
log in your account, your personal information will be filled in
automatically by the system at checkout. You will save your valuable time.
c) All orders you placed with us will be listed in
your account. You can track how many orders and how much money
you spend in the past for tax purposes.
d) No more lost shopping cart. Every
time you log into your account, all the items you added in the past in your
shopping cart will be there until you checkout your order. No matter which computer you use (at home or
in office), your shopping cart is always there before you checkout your
order. But if you don't have an account, you may lose all items in your
shopping cart after you shut down your computer or close your internet
browsers or for some unknown reasons.
e) Wishing lists.
When you log in your account, you may create a variety of lists
including personal shopping lists, wish lists and gift
registries for different occasions. You may use your wish lists for
comparison shopping.
