2. Your shopping cart content

Your shopping cart contents can be found by clicking the "View Cart" button on the top right corner. Your cart will show no contents and you will be unavailable to use coupon codes until you add contents to your cart. All cart contents are available for 30 days before checkout. Before checking out, all contents in your cart are also available to other customers. Carts that have not been checked out over long periods of time may have items that have changed in price or inventory

3. Message: "The quantity you requested is not currently in stock"

This pop-up mesasge displays when items are no longer in stock. This may be due to closure from other customers purchasing the remaining stock, or the item being closed. Changing quantities may not affect the message, as this item inventory is 0. Product detail pages show current inventory in stock.

4. Billing address for international customers

Please fill in the state/provice box with your city name. Although this may be labeled as optional, international orders are required to fulfill this field. This prevents your order from being declined by the system. If you would like for us to ship to a country that is not listed, please contact us.

5. Items in your shopping cart that have not been checked out

While your items will remain in your cart for 30 days, they are still subject to change. Sales and discounts have expiration dates, and adding them to your cart will not remove them from being subject to change. Furthermore, quanities and inventories may change as items in your cart are also availible to other customers.

6. Forget your password?

If you have an account and have forgotten your password, you can use your registered email address to access your account by clicking "Forgot password?" while logging in. If you do not remember the email address associated with your account, click here to email us your full name to access your account. requests will be fulfilled within 1 business day.

7. Using the search box to find products

We have a very handy search bar on the left column which indexes our entire site's products. Enter keywords or product numbers to quickly access relevant pages. If you are unsure what you are looking for, use broader search terms such as "Gemstone pendants" or "Shell beads" to view large groups of products. If you know what you are looking for, you can use the product number (eg: "E036") or product name (eg: "Howlite black round beads").
